What is the duration of the courses?For information regarding the duration of our courses, please visit the Our Courses page on our website. There, you will find specific details about each course, including their respective durations.

Do I need to bring anything with me?Once you enroll in our courses, we will provide you with all the necessary details, including any required items. It is generally recommended to bring your own thinning and cutting scissors, as well as a hair razor. If you’re unable to bring this equipment, please let us know in advance, and we may be able to provide them for you, subject to availability.

Where will the training take place?Our training locations are regularly updated on our homepage. Please keep an eye out for upcoming course locations there. Additionally, we offer our courses on a one-on-one basis at our core venue, subject to availability. In-salon training options are also available.

Do you offer in-salon training?Yes, we offer in-salon training! If you’re interested in hosting one of our course training events at your salon, please fill out an enquiry form, and our team will contact you promptly.

Do I need any prior experience to enroll?Our courses are tailored to each individual student. If you don’t have prior experience in this industry, we can customise your course to match your level of experience.

Do you have a buy now pay later option?Currently, we do not have the capability to offer a buy now pay later option. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

What are the upfront costs?When you book a course, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required, with the remaining balance due one week prior to the course start date.

What is included in the training kit?The contents of the training kit vary based on the course you have enrolled in.

What if I can’t make it on the day?If you are unable to attend the course and do not provide a notice of non-attendance at least 7 working days before the course starts, the full balance will still be due. While we make efforts to accommodate date changes when feasible, it is not guaranteed. We recommend providing timely notice if you anticipate any scheduling conflicts.

Do you cover travel costs?Regrettably, we are unable to cover travel costs for reaching our venues. However, we make an effort to host our training events at accessible venues across the UK.

Do you do a group discount?To explore the possibility of a group discount, please fill out one of our online enquiry forms, and a member of our team will contact you to discuss it further.

Do I need to bring a model?Bringing a model is not necessary for our courses. However, since all our courses are tailored to individual students, we can accommodate the use of a model for most of our one-on-one sessions if desired.

How many students will be in each class?In order to ensure that all students receive ample support, the maximum number of students in each class is 10. Unless a one-on-one course is booked.

Do you offer one-on-one classes?Yes, we offer one-on-one classes! We take pride in providing customised, tailored courses, whether it’s in a group setting or on a one-on-one basis.

What support is available to me post-completion?We have an open door policy that offers continuous support throughout your hair loss and replacement career. You can rely on our ongoing assistance and guidance whenever needed.

Are these courses accredited?All of our courses are IPHM accredited.

Do you have a recommended insurer?After completing your training with us, we will provide you with information about our recommended insurance providers.

Will refreshments be provided?Generally refreshments will be provided throughout the day, subject to and based on the venue and course arrangements.

Will I get a certificate?Upon successful completion of our course, you will receive a certificate as recognition of your achievement.

Do I need to do anything in preparation for the courses?Upon enrollment, we will provide you with comprehensive details and pre-course preparation materials to ensure you are fully prepared for the training.

Do I have to purchase a training kit?All of our courses come with a basic training kit as standard. Training kit upgrades coming soon..
