Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your course booking.

Please be aware of our cancellation policy outlined below:

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your course booking. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation: If you need to cancel your course booking, you must notify us in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled course start date. If you cancel within this period, the deposit remains non-refundable.

Rescheduling: We understand that plans may change, and you may need to reschedule your course. You may request a one-time rescheduling of your course date, subject to availability and at the sole discretion of BHR Academy. However, please note that the non-refundable deposit will still apply.

No-Show: Failure to attend the course without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and no refunds or rescheduling options will be available.


By booking a course with BHR Academy, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation policy.
